Restaurant Profile

Basic Information

  • Name — Restaurant display name
  • Address — Physical location
  • Phone — Contact number
  • Email — Business email
  • Website — Your website URL

Business Hours

Set operating hours per day:

Special Hours

Override for holidays or events:

  1. Settings → Hours → Special Hours
  2. Add date and modified hours
  3. Or mark as closed

Tip Pooling

Choose how tips are distributed:

Tips go directly to the server who earned them.

  • Simple and transparent
  • Each server keeps their tips
  • No redistribution

Tips divided equally among tipped employees.

  • All tipped staff share equally
  • Encourages teamwork
  • Fair distribution

Device Settings

POS Devices

Register and configure point-of-sale devices:

  1. Settings → Devices → Add POS
  2. Name the device (e.g., "Register 1")
  3. Assign to restaurant
  4. Configure default settings

KDS Devices

Register kitchen display devices:

  1. Settings → Devices → Add KDS
  2. Name the device (e.g., "Grill Station")
  3. Assign to station
  4. Configure display options

Payment Terminals

Link Stripe Terminal readers:

  1. Settings → Terminals
  2. Click Add Terminal
  3. Follow pairing instructions
  4. Assign to POS device
