Merchant Portal
Your central dashboard for managing all aspects of your restaurant.
The Plasma Merchant Portal is where you configure, monitor, and analyze your restaurant operations. Access it from any web browser at portal.plasma.nyc.

Toggle items on/off, set schedules, mark out of stock

Complete staff management:
- Add and edit employee profiles

User Roles
Portal access is role-based:

Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter email and select role
- They'll receive an invitation to join
Mobile Access
The Portal is fully responsive. Access key features from your phone:
- Check sales on the go
- Approve time-off requests
- View reports
- Receive alerts
For the best experience, use the Portal on a tablet or desktop for complex tasks like menu editing.
Security
Two-Factor Authentication
Enable 2FA for additional security:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter confirmation code
Session Management
- Automatic logout after inactivity
- View active sessions
- Revoke access remotely
Audit Logs
Every action is logged:
- Who made the change
- What was changed
- When it happened
- Previous vs. new values
Access logs in Settings → Audit Log.
